OpenAI 的 “宫斗” 大剧已近尾声，但是，在山姆·奥尔特曼 (Sam Altman) 重回 OpenAI 之后，他和该公司董事会仍存在诸多不确定性。软餐获悉，据华尔街日报，这些变数可能包括：

• Sam Altman：Sam Altman 虽然回到了 OpenAI，但未能重返董事会。虽然新的初始董事会已成立，但解雇他的一名董事 Adam D’angelo 仍留在其中。

After Sam Altman’s return to OpenAI, there are still many uncertainties between him and the company’s board of directors. According to The Wall Street Journal, these variables may include:

• Sam Altman: Although Sam Altman has returned to OpenAI, he has not been able to regain his position on the board of directors. While a new interim board has been established, one of the directors who dismissed him, Adam D’Angelo, remains on the board.
• Sam Altman’s Allies: Sam Altman has lost an important ally on the board, Greg Brockman, the former president of OpenAI. Brockman has returned to the company but has also been unable to join the board.
• Microsoft: As the largest investor and a technology beneficiary of OpenAI, Microsoft has failed to secure a seat on the board. If Sam Altman, supported by Microsoft, cannot join the board, Microsoft’s control and influence over the company will be diminished.
• Venture Capitalists: OpenAI’s investors include Silicon Valley venture capital firms such as Thrive Capital and Khosla Ventures. These companies aim to establish a board that aligns financially with shareholder interests, as the current board does not act in the best interest of shareholders.
• Employees: Sam Altman’s return has received strong support from the employees, some of whom even threatened to resign and join Microsoft if Altman did not come back. The employees hope for a future where they can sell their stocks and, of course, they desire a reconciliation for OpenAI.
