Microsoft is bringing the green screen option to Microsoft Teams for video conferencing in its public preview channel. The green screen can improve the clarity of virtual backgrounds around a person’s face, ears, and hair in video conference images and provide better effects when displaying other props.
This feature requires a flat, clean solid color screen or wall behind the user. Before turning on the green screen, background effects should also be added to Teams videos. Additionally, this feature only applies to Windows and macOS devices based on Intel processors.
