OfflineInsiderEnroll is a simple Windows command-line script that allows users to join the Windows 11/Windows 10 Insider Preview Program without logging in to a Microsoft account. The latest version now supports Microsoft’s newly introduced Canary channel for Windows 11.
After downloading the OfflineInsiderEnroll script, users need to run it with administrator privileges by right-clicking it. The script will then provide a selection of Windows Preview Program channels. Users can choose the desired channel by pressing the corresponding letter and hitting enter, as shown in the above image.
If the computer is not registered for the Insider Program, the system will prompt a restart to enable the preview program with Microsoft Flight Signing. It is important to note that the Windows Preview Program requires telemetry (diagnostic data collection) to be set to Full.
The OfflineInsiderEnroll script is only compatible with Windows 11 or Windows 10 version 1809 and higher.
