Rising smartphone manufacturer, Nothing, has revealed at the 2023 Mobile World Congress (MWC 2023) that the next generation of its phone, Nothing Phone (2), will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 series processor, although the exact processor model has not been disclosed.
However, it is confirmed that Nothing Phone (2) will not be a flagship model. Earlier, Nothing CEO Carl Pei had stated that Nothing Phone (2) is not a flagship device and he prefers to position the device as a mid-range phone targeting emerging markets.
For comparison, the first-generation Nothing Phone (1) was equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor.
