中国高层会议称要「营造稳定透明可预期的政策环境」

据澎湃新闻，2 月 29 日的中共中央政治局会议指出，今年工作要坚持稳中求进、以进促稳、先立后破。积极的财政政策要适度加力、提质增效，稳健的货币政策要灵活适度、精准有效，增强宏观政策取向一致性，营造稳定透明可预期的政策环境。

The meeting of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on February 29th emphasized that this year’s work should adhere to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, promoting stability through progress, and addressing priorities in a step-by-step manner. The fiscal policy should be actively strengthened with appropriate measures to improve quality and efficiency. The monetary policy should be flexible, moderate, precise, and effective. The consistency of macroeconomic policy orientation should be enhanced, and a stable, transparent, and predictable policy environment should be created.
