软餐获悉，据《科创板日报》，阿里巴巴创始人马云在 2023 年第四季度购买了约 5000 万美元阿里巴巴股票，超过了 2021 年底报告的 4.3%。阿里巴巴现任董事长蔡崇信通过其家族投资平台蓝池资本管理公司，购买了 1.5 亿美元的阿里股票。据消息人士透露，马云与蔡崇信合计持股，已超过软银的持股比例。近两年来，孙正义所控制软银已通过远期合约削减了其持股比例，从 2022 年 12 月的约 7% 降至去年 3 月的 2% 左右，到 5 月则降至 0.5% 不到，马云目前已取代软银成为阿里巴巴最大股东。
Alibaba founder Jack Ma purchased approximately $50 million worth of Alibaba stocks in the fourth quarter of 2023, surpassing the reported 4.3% stake at the end of 2021. Alibaba’s current chairman, Eric Jing, purchased $150 million worth of Alibaba stocks through his family investment platform, Blue Pool Capital Management. According to sources, the combined holdings of Jack Ma and Eric Jing have exceeded the stake held by SoftBank. Over the past two years, SoftBank, controlled by Masayoshi Son, has reduced its stake through forward contracts, decreasing from around 7% in December 2022 to approximately 2% in March last year, and below 0.5% in May. Jack Ma has now replaced SoftBank as the largest shareholder of Alibaba.
