In the latest preview version released by Microsoft to the Dev and Canary channels earlier, Microsoft has renamed the “Phone Link” setting page on Windows 11 to “Mobile-devices,” implying that new features will be introduced. “We are rolling out a change to rename the ‘Phone Link’ setting page under ‘Bluetooth & devices’ to ‘Mobile-devices.’ As part of this change, a new section allowing PC access to mobile devices will appear – this section currently does not introduce any new content, and we will share more details in future flights.”
