软餐获悉，来自瑞士的加密云存储服务 Proton Drive 为其安卓客户端添加了 【自动备份照片和视频】的新功能。借助该功能，用户的照片/视频可自动从 Android 手机相册同步到 Proton Drive，无需再手动上传。这些照片和视频可以像其他 Proton Drive 文件一样被离线查看及管理。用户还可通过 iOS 和 Web 版同步访问这些文件。与 Google Drive 和微软 OneDrive 不同的是，Proton Drive 对这些照片和视频采用了端对端加密方式保护。Proton 还表示，该功能正在 iOS 上测试，预计很快发布。
Proton Drive, the encrypted cloud storage service from Switzerland, has added a new feature to its Android client: “Automatic backup of photos and videos.” With the photo backup feature, users’ photos/videos can be automatically synced from their Android phone gallery to Proton Drive without manual uploading. These photos and videos can be viewed and managed offline just like other files on Proton Drive. Users can also access these files through iOS and web versions for synchronization. Unlike Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive, Proton Drive uses end-to-end encryption to protect these photos and videos. Proton also stated that this feature is currently being tested on iOS and is expected to be released soon.
