国际特赦组织登陆 Tor 网络

软餐获悉，国际特赦组织（Amnesty International，又名大赦国际）在 Tor 网络上建立了一个网站，以应对某些国家对其进行的封锁。在 Tor 网络上无法对该网站进行封锁，因为这无法通过技术架构来实现，此外无法追踪谁访问了该网站。据人民日报，2021 年 5 月 13 日，“国际特赦组织” 被中国外交部批为反华机构。

Amnesty International (also known as 大赦国际) has established a website on the Tor network to counter blockades imposed by certain countries. The website cannot be blocked on the Tor network because it is technically unfeasible, and it is also impossible to trace who accesses the site. According to People’s Daily, on May 13, 2021, Amnesty International was criticized by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an anti-China organization.
