软餐获悉，微软正努力为搜索引擎 new Bing（Bing Chat）升级到 GPT-4 Turbo 模型。这是微软的合作伙伴 OpenAI 最近发布的新模型。升级后，new Bing 将支持长度为 128k 的上下文窗口，这意味着用户可以输入相当于 300 页纸的文本提示词。而当前版本每个聊天有严格的 5000 个字符限制。但要用上 GPT-4 Turbo 模型还需要等待一段时间，微软广告和网络服务负责人米哈伊尔·帕拉欣（Mikhail Parakhin）最近回应称 “还没有 GPT-4-turbo，仍然需要解决一些问题。“他同时透露，微软的内部测试显示，GPT-4 Turbo 模型比普通的 GPT-4 聪明得多。
Microsoft is working hard to upgrade the search engine new Bing (Bing Chat) to the GPT-4 Turbo model. This is a new model recently released by Microsoft’s partner, OpenAI. After the upgrade, new Bing will support a context window with a length of 128k. This means that users can input text prompts equivalent to about 300 pages of paper. The current version has a strict limit of 5000 characters per chat. More importantly, the GPT-4 Turbo model is much smarter than the regular GPT-4. However, it will still take some time before we can use the GPT-4 Turbo model as there are still some issues that need to be resolved, according to Mikhail Parakhin, Head of Microsoft Advertising and Web Services.
