In the Windows 11 build 25330 (Canary version) and build 23424 (Dev version) released this morning, users can quickly install apps/games without visiting their store homepage – Microsoft provides an installation button on the app’s search results page, which can be clicked to install directly.
Install free apps and games from search results: We have introduced a new way to install free apps and games. Hovering over a free product on the search results page will open a new expanded experience where you can find a convenient installation button. This will trigger the installation without navigating to the product page.
The new feature is available for Microsoft Store version 22303.1401.x or higher.
