Opera Software announced today the integration of two AI features, ChatGPT and ChatSonic, for the Opera browser. ChatSonic is an AI service similar to ChatGPT.
These new features will be launched simultaneously with the latest version of the Opera browser. Unfortunately, users must have their own ChatGPT and ChatSonic accounts in advance to use the AI features.
- ChatGPT: Allows users to chat and interact with ChatGPT in the Opera browser sidebar.
- ChatSonic: This is an AI-supported suggestion feature.
- When users highlight text, Opera displays suggestions provided by AI. This includes generating a short summary for the selected text, converting it to Japanese Haku, and more.
- Clicking the AI Prompts button in the browser address bar displays operations related to the entire page.
