Microsoft Will Allow Disabling the New Bing Button in Edge Browser

Microsoft is pushing hard to introduce the new Bing into the Microsoft Edge browser, but the large “Bing Discover” button in the Edge browser has caused dissatisfaction among many users – it’s too “eye-catching.” Microsoft has heard the feedback from users and will now allow users to disable the new Bing button in the Edge browser.

As tested by Softpedia, in the latest Microsoft Edge Canary version 1113.0.1744.0, Microsoft has introduced a switch to turn off the new Bing button. Simply go to “Settings” > “Sidebar” > “Discover” and disable the “Show Discover” option to turn off the Bing “Discover” button in the Edge browser and restore the original clean interface.
