OnePlus confirmed at MWC 2023 (Mobile World Congress) that it will launch its first foldable smartphone later this year. The device is likely to enter the US market – a region that is being “dominated” by Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4. OnePlus president and CEO Kinder Liu said that OnePlus’ first foldable phone will have the iconic OnePlus fast and smooth experience. From an industrial design, mechanical craftsmanship perspective, it will be “a flagship phone that is not behind because of its folding form factor.”
The company also showcased a OnePlus 11 concept phone with a liquid cooling system at MWC yesterday.
