According to Twitter user @Leopeva64 shared , a new patch on Chromium Gerrit shows that Google will add a new feature for Chrome browser that allows users to double-click close Chrome tabs . But it is not clear when it will be implemented and rolled out .
Previously , Chrome users could use shortcut keys Ctrl + W or press mouse wheel button close tabs .
